Spaghetti House Yokoi is the original creator of ankake spaghetti, founded by Hiroshi Yokoi, the first generation who came up with it. They make a punchy, peppery sauce that takes over a week to complete and is packed with vegetables and meat. It goes perfectly with their original extra-thick 2.2mm pasta, said to be the thickest noodles in Japan.
