Japan Trip

Trying “Mirakan” pasta (Nagoya’s local specialty)

This is “Mirakan,” the very first brunch my husband and I had on this journey!
It’s a famous Nagoya local specialty.
We paid 1,250 yen (approx. $7.70) per serving, making it 2,500 yen (approx. $15.50) for both of us.

Ofuro Café Ageki Onsen (Day trip hot spring experience)

Here is the first hot spring (Onsen) of our trip!
It’s an incredibly cozy and relaxing facility.
They even offer free coffee!
We didn’t have time to try it ourselves, but it’s a great perk.

The admission was 750 yen (approx. $4.60) per person, so we paid 1,500 yen (approx. $9.30) in total.

Day 3 Morning: Breakfast & Exploring Roadside Station Ocha-no-Kyoto Minamiyamashiro-mura

This is the breakfast I had!
The rice is uniquely cooked with Japanese brown tea.
It cost 600 yen (approx. $3.70) per serving, so we paid 1,200 yen (approx. $7.40) for the two of us.
Breakfast is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
There are also plenty of other irresistible items for green tea lovers!
